If you will need a visa to travel to France and are concerned about timelines, you may submit your abstract at any point through the abstract submission portal and select "expedited abstract notification". If the abstract is deemed acceptable as either an oral or poster presentation, then we will notify the submitting author(s) BEFORE full review of abstracts, so that they can start their visa application as soon as possible. To minimize the additional workload on reviewers, please refrain from opting in without a legitimate reason.
