- Accommodation rates for this conference are fixed and based on the contracted nights of May 19–22, 2026.
- Optional nights on May 18 (pre-conference) and/or May 23 (post-conference) may also be booked at the same group rate, subject to availability.
- Meals are included with Registration & Accommodations and cannot be omitted, except in the case of Virtual Options which don’t include meals.
- Registration without accommodation (only with meals) includes lunch and evening meals, but not breakfast.
- Admission to the Conference Gala Dinner may be purchased separately for $10 CAD.
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Registration is＄1,591 CAD (~＄1,148 USD).
